You will find included with this letter a Notice of Candidacy. Members will elect Directors at the November 20, 2024, Annual Meeting. If you have an interest in being considered for election to the Board, please submit a Notice of Candidacy to Terrace River Master Association, Inc. at the address 7493 Terrace River Dr., Temple Terrace, FL 33637-7919. The deadline for submitting your completed form(s) is no later than 5:00 PM, November 4, 2024. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the annual meeting pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the By-Laws.
The “Second Notice of Annual Meeting,” including an agenda, proxy, and candidate information sheets will be mailed to the Association’s Members at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting.
