TRMA 2026 Annual Dues

The 2026 TRMA HOA annual dues have been mailed out, please submit your payments promptly before May 5th 2026 to avoid late fees. If you have not received an invoice in the mail, please contact us. The 2026 Approved budget is posted on the site under the Documents tab.

Payment Options:
• Pay via Zelle (a free bank-to-bank transfer) and provide you with proof of payment.
• Zelle payment to 813-425-5600 or TRMASalSaleh@gmail.com. In 2025, 75 homeowners used this option.
• Pay by check made payable to Terrace River Master Association Inc. and mail it via USPS.
Requirements:
• The TRMA Architectural Committee must review and approve all exterior changes to your property. Complete the required form and email it to TRMABoard@gmail.com. Download the form from TerraceRiver.com under the Documents tab.
• Update your contact information using the TRMA Electronic Disclosure Authorization form, also available under the Documents tab.
• Florida law requires all homeowners to maintain a current billing address.
